Collection includes: Correspondence, 1940-1973, regarding advice on campaign strategies to Douglas McKay and Bob Packwood; Political speeches, including some opposing Wayne Morse and Richard Neuberger; Legislative records regarding chiropractors, health professions and small business; Newspaper clippings and other papers regarding the "Fugitive Fathers Bill" and a bill prohibiting the sale of firecrackers, both bills which were introduced by Lynch. Jack Lynch (1896-1973) served as Oregon state senator from 1943 to 1952.
